On Google, whoever appears first is whoever paid. On Instagram, whoever looks best is whoever photographs best. The one thing that ever actually worked was a friend saying «go to this one». Kolo is that — built as a network, and with proof.
Sílvia is 45 and lives in Penha de França. Her back has been seizing up since the winter, her headaches start in the neck, and there are nights she does not sleep. What she knows is that she needs a good massage. What she does not know is that she needs more than one person — and that is what the constellation is for. Six screens, from the link to the encounter.
She sees everything before joiningA friend sends her the link. It opens the whole map of Lisbon, no account and no sign-up: who cares for people, lit up where they work. Nobody learns what she looked at.
She says where it hurts — all of itThe Compass asks «Where does it hurt?». Sílvia marks three places: the lower back, the neck and shoulders, the head. She names each pain. And the request composes itself for her — massage, osteopathy, breathwork — without her having to know any of those names beforehand.
Who answers — togetherNot a list of masseurs. A constellation: the people who, together, cover what she asked for. Margarida for the back, Duarte for the neck, Délcio for the breathing. The line between Margarida and Duarte says they already work together — the friend's recommendation, at the scale of a city.
The proof is on the pageMargarida Cordeiro, Campo de Ourique: massage and myofascial work, her training carrying the Verified seal — attested by lineage, by the person who taught her. Duarte's licence is checked against the official register. The seal is worth the same; the stars come only from encounters that truly happened.
She starts with one — in a conversation, not a checkoutSílvia starts with her back: she writes to Margarida, Margarida says yes. Only then is there a proposal: what, when. The price is settled between the two of them and never passes through Kolo.
Only what happened countsDid it happen? Both say so — and only then can Sílvia leave a rating. That is why a person's stars on Kolo mean something: not one was written by someone who was never there.
And then? The following week it is Duarte — Margarida has already told her about him; the line between the two said so. The constellation was never a list: it was a plan. And if it is at home? Margarida makes house calls, and when she does, someone knows where she is until she says all is well — it is called Guardian Angel, and it protects both sides of the door.
On Kolo, «the best» is not whoever has the most followers or paid the most. It is whoever has proven what they know, whoever their peers recommend, and whoever the people who were actually there rated — nothing else counts.
In regulated practices, the licence is checked against the official register. In the others, the formation is attested by papers or by lineage — who taught whom — and it counts just the same.
A rating only exists once both sides have said «it happened». It cannot be bought, and it is never asked of friends.
The lines in the constellation are therapists who work together and recommend one another. Nobody can recommend themselves.

What you told the Compass never appears anywhere else. On the map, if you choose to be visible, you pick a neighbourhood, a street — or nothing at all.
Finding good care should be the easy part. You open the map, say where it hurts, and the people who answer have proven what they know — recommended by their peers, rated only by those who were actually there. Nothing is asked of you in return, except one word at the end: «did it happen?». It is what keeps the stars honest for the next person.
